Antique condition consistent with age and prolonged outdoor or semi-outdoor use. Visible surface wear, erosion, minor losses, and a rich natural patina throughout. Areas of softening and cracking to the wood are present, typical of aged teak. Structurally stable and mounted on a later metal stand for display.

Hand-carved soft wood, shaped using traditional Akha woodworking techniques. The form is intentionally simplified and symbolic, designed for ritual use rather than decorative refinement, with an elongated post intended to be embedded into the ground at the village entrance.
