• Buyers acknowledge that second-hand goods may have signs of wear, imperfections, or aging that do not qualify as defects.
• Returns or refunds for second-hand goods will be subject to the specific terms outlined in the Return Policy section on our website.
• Surround Living does not provide warranties for second-hand goods unless explicitly stated in the product listing.

6. Intermediary Role of Surround Living

• Surround Living acts solely as an intermediary connecting buyers and sellers and does not own or directly sell the products listed on the website.
• We are not liable for the quality, authenticity, legality, or condition of any product sold by third-party sellers through our platform.
• Any disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved directly between the parties, although Surround Living may offer assistance at its discretion.
• Buyers and sellers acknowledge that Surround Living does not assume responsibility for any loss, damages, or claims related to transactions made through the website.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on Surround Living, including logos, images, text, and website design, is protected by intellectual property laws.
