How Do I Place an Order on Surround Living?

Can I see an Item Before Buying?
Transactions are completed online, we do offer viewings by appointment for select pieces, particularly in Bangkok. You’re also welcome to request additional images, videos, or details to help you make an informed decision.
What Payment Methods are Accepted?
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment options as indicated during the checkout process.
Where Do You Source Your Furniture?

Do you Offer Customisation Options?
Yes! Our community of vetted sellers is renowned for their craftsmanship, you may find that no two items are ever exactly alike. Certain products can also be customised in terms of colour or material—please check the product page or Inquire for more details and lead times.

All of our products are exclusively listed on surroundliving.com Each product page features detailed descriptions, dimensions, photos, and the story behind the piece. Physically, our inventory is located across Thailand, stored in various warehouses through our extensive network of trusted partners. You’re also welcome to request additional images, videos, or details to help you make an informed decision.
Shipping & Returns
How is Shipping Handled?
We coordinate shipping through our trusted partner, Allied Thailand, along withother pre-approved logistics providers. Once your item is dispatched, you willreceive comprehensive tracking details to monitor its delivery.
How Long Does It Take to Process and Ship My Order?
Shipping times vary based on your delivery address. Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-5 Business Days, while international shipments may take anywhere from 1 to over 10 weeks. Detailed delivery information will be provided in your confirmation email. Additionally, if your cart contains multiple items, please note that shipping times may differ as items may be dispatched from various locations.
Do You Offer International Shipping?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply. If you live outside of Thailand, please click on 'Request Shipping Quotation' upon check out, our team will send a quote via email and the shipping fee will be added at checkout. How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification from our support team with an update on the delivery status. If you have any questions or need assistance, our customer support team is here to help.
What is Your Return Policy?
Our return policy allows returns within 7 days for unused, unwashed items in original packaging for eligibility. Returns are not accepted for used, altered, or custom-made products, or items beyond the 7-day window. International returns have non-refundable customs duties/taxes, and return shipping may exceed the original cost - Please read Buyers Protection for more information.
Can I Cancel or Modify My Order After It has Been Placed?
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this 24-hour period, cancellation requests are subject to the seller’s return policy. In such cases, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation, please read Cancellation Policy for more details.
