Cancellation Policy

You have the option to cancel an order within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation, no questions asked. Beyond this 24-hour window, please refer to the seller's return policy. Once this period has passed, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return request, subject to the terms of the Return Policy.

Surround Living sellers will wait until after the 24-hour cancellation window has expired before they will ship your item. Once an item is shipped, the cancellation period will be void, and the order is governed by the terms of the Sellers Return Policy
