The Set of 2 Louis XV-style caned Bergère armchair in natural wood, featuring a generously wide seat with detachable light yellow plush back and seat cushion woven with an exuberant floral design. The shaped top rail has been beautifully embellished with exquisite floral carvings at its crest, with echoes of the same motif appearing at the centre of the shaped lower apron. Elegant in design, this 19th century chair features a comfortably enveloping caned backrest and high, enclosed armrests with upholstered pads that match the seat cushion.
