About

Qing Dynasty Exquisite Cloisonné Bowls - Set of 2

This exquisite set of two cloisonné bowls, adorned with vibrant blue enamel and intricate patterns, is likely of Chinese origin, dating back to the Qing Dynasty (1644–1912). The detailed motifs, including auspicious symbols and floral patterns, suggest they may have been crafted during the late 19th to early 20th century. The use of cloisonné, a technique involving metalwork and enamel, was highly refined in imperial China, often associated with decorative objects for the elite. The deep cobalt blue background, combined with golden filigree and colorful embellishments, reflects traditional craftsmanship, possibly from Beijing, a renowned center for cloisonné production. Perfect for collectors or as an elegant statement piece in any space.
