About

Lumbar Cushion in Handwoven Silk & Mudmee Silk Centre - Maroon Silk

This handcrafted rectangular cushion exemplifies the elegance of Thai heritage textiles. It features a central panel of traditional mudmee silk woven in a striking diamond motif of deep red, emerald green, and hints of ochre. The side panels are crafted from lustrous maroon silk, adding depth and warmth to the overall design. The intricate ikat pattern and tonal richness suggest origins in Northeastern Thailand (Isan region), likely created in the late 20th to early 21st century.
