A vintage Manchester Kashan runner, hand-knotted in central Iran from hand-spun wool coloured with natural dyes. Flowering palmettes, rosettes and scrolling vines in rust, ivory, gold and soft blue flow along a deep navy field, framed by a pale-blue floral border. Approximately seventy years old or more and in very good pile condition, its long, narrow proportions make it an elegant choice for a hallway, corridor or landing.
