About

Adjustable Art Deco Recline Lounge Armchairs - Set of 2

This exquisite armchair, likely originating from Thailand, seamlessly blends Art Deco influences with traditional craftsmanship, reflecting the elegance of early to mid-20th-century design. Crafted from solid hardwood, possibly teak or rosewood, its rich patina enhances the chair’s timeless appeal. The gracefully curved circular armrests with intricate cutout details exemplify both artistic expression and functionality, while the slightly tapered legs and reclined backrest ensure comfort. Upholstered in vintage woven fabric with floral and geometric patterns, possibly a cotton or linen blend, and cushioned with traditional foam or cotton stuffing, this piece embodies both style and durability. Dating back to the 1930s–1950s, it stands as a remarkable fusion of Eastern and Western design, making it a coveted addition for collectors and vintage furniture enthusiasts alike.
