About

"Bombe'" Oval Tray

Originally envisioned by Carlo Alessi in 1945, this iconic piece features a beautifully elongated, elliptical silhouette crafted from mirror-polished stainless steel that effortlessly catches and reflects the surrounding light. The tray’s pristine, reflective expanse is grounded by two sculptural, fluidly curved handles that seamlessly anchor each end. These deep black accents provide a stark, sophisticated contrast to the gleaming metallic surface, transforming a utilitarian serving object into a timeless, gallery-worthy centerpiece of post-war Italian design.
